Welcome to RelaxWithUs! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from RelaxWithUs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Terms

RelaxWithUs provides beauty, and wellness services, including but not limited to facials, hair removal, massages, Slimming and personal wellness sessions.
Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Prices listed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person at one of our outlets.
Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly, and full charges will apply.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payments can be made online, via card, or in cash at our outlets in Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, or US Dollars.
When a card is being used for your purchase, you will receive a transaction with as the transaction's billing descriptor ""
E-coupons and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.
Refunds are only provided in cases where the service cannot be delivered due to RelaxWithUs’s inability to perform the treatment.
If you experience an allergic reaction or discomfort, you must notify us within 24 hours. Refunds or rescheduling will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Usage and Conduct

Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before their appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the environment.
Services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must follow all health and hygiene protocols as recommended by RelaxWithUs.
If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, we request that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients.
Pregnant clients should consult with their doctor before booking a treatment and inform the therapist beforehand.

6. E-Coupons, Promotions, and Memberships

E-coupons are valid for a period of 2 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or loyalty programs unless stated otherwise.
Membership benefits apply only to the registered individual and are non-transferable.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

RelaxWithUs and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence.
Our treatments are not a substitute for medical care, and we advise clients to seek professional medical advice where necessary.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information only for appointment scheduling and customer service purposes.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes arising from the use of RelaxWithUs services shall be settled in the local jurisdiction where the business operates.
