At Relax-Withus, we’re committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience — that’s why we stand behind the Relax-Withus Promise. If you’ve redeemed a Relax-Withus coupon before its promotional value expires and feel dissatisfied with your experience, reach out to us within 14 days of use. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Refund Policy
Unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print, you’re eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final, and coupons become non-refundable.
Exceptions for Refunds:
- A valid refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
- Evidence of a fraudulent or unauthorized charge is provided.
- Other exceptional circumstances deemed appropriate by Relax-Withus.
- Refund requests can be made online or in person at our physical store in Japan.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booked service:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee, and you can reschedule your service without penalty.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Unfortunately, these cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
